Description

● The ASM SIPLACE HF-3 is a flexible high-speed SMT pick-and-place machine engineered for efficient and reliable component placement across PCB assembly lines. It supports placing components ranging from tiny 0201 (0.6 × 0.3 mm²) up to large packages (e.g. 85 × 85 mm², or up to 200 × 125 mm² with some restrictions), making it suitable for both small passive parts and larger ICs.

● With three gantries and flexible placement head configurations (e.g. Twin Head, Collect-and-Place heads C&P6, C&P12), the HF-3 can reach placement rates up to approximately 40,400 components per hour under benchmark conditions — enabling high throughput production.

● Its dual-conveyor capability (single or dual PCB transport) adds production flexibility and helps reduce downtime by allowing simultaneous or alternating PCB processing — helping maximize line utilization.
