● Equipped with full-vision placement, adaptive pickup, and front-and-back operation, the SM482 Plus efficiently handles fine-pitch components, including 0201 as standard and 01005 optional, and complex IC packages.
● Built-in vacuum pump reduces air consumption to 50 NL/min, while a standard component library of over 1,800 shapes with polygonal detection ensures rapid recognition of challenging components.
● Compact footprint (1650×1690×1535 mm), flexible feeder arrangements, and easy-to-use software make it simple to operate, maintain, and integrate into automated SMT workflows.
