● KE-3010: Developed by JUKI, the 7th-generation modular pick-and-place machine represents the company’s latest cutting-edge technology. While inheriting the strengths of the KE series, the KE-3010 is the first model in the lineup to support both chip and IC placement using electric feeders. It is compatible with ETF electric feeders as well as CTF/ATF mechanical feeders. With the newly released EF08HD electric dual-track tape feeder, the machine can handle up to 160 component types—twice that of previous models—significantly reducing feeder changeovers, minimizing line change time, and greatly enhancing overall production efficiency.
● KE-3020: The KE-3020 is a high-speed, flexible modular mounter capable of handling a wide range of components—from 0402 chips to large ICs. It supports both electric and mechanical tape feeders in a hybrid setup, ensuring strong compatibility with existing feeder systems. With placement speeds up to 20,900 CPH and support for large PCBs, the KE-3020 delivers high accuracy, excellent versatility, and efficient performance for modern SMT production lines.
